A Midsummer Night’s Dream

About the show

What if the night undid everything you thought you knew about love?

Celebrated director Simon Phillips brings his signature clarity and theatrical velocity to Shakespeare’s most mischievous comedy. On the Parade stage, lovers collide, loyalties unravel, and language crackles with life as magic and mayhem take hold. The Mechanicals blunder their way to accidental genius. Puck drives the whole delirious engine toward a dawn where hearts must decide what to keep from the dream. Fast, funny, emotionally sharp, and unashamedly romantic – this is Shakespeare for now.
