Growing up in rural South Australia, Tahnee learnt to entertain herself pretty early. Writing letters to fairies, hosting tea parties for imaginary friends and getting her dad to create a mud pit in the backyard to cover herself head to toe in. Her country upbringing ignited a vivid imagination and desire for adventure that has never left her.

She dabbled in “real jobs,” travelling overseas to produce surf broadcasts and creative marketing for global companies but she knew she wasn’t in the right place. Performing always called to her, so she took a chance and moved to Perth to complete a Diploma of Acting at WAAPA in 2023. When she was absolutely sure she was finished studying, the Universe had a better plan and she was accepted into NIDA.

Forever the sport, action and adventure lover, you’ll probably find her surfing, camping, exploring or reading a fantasy novel in the sun.
