NIDA Pathways Program

About NIDA Pathways Program

At NIDA we believe that storytelling is powerful, and we are committed to ensuring that the voices shaping our national narrative reflect the full diversity of Australia.

Our Pathways Program is designed to introduce First Nations Peoples and People of Colour aged 18–25 to career opportunities in the screen and performing arts industries.

Participants engage in hands-on learning and have the opportunity to meet a range of industry professionals and NIDA course specialists. Young people in the program have access to professional facilities, mentorship, and career advice, all designed to inspire creativity, build confidence, and empower participants to take their first steps toward a future in the arts.
