Christine Glasson is Senior Producer, Programming at PHIVE in Paramatta, NSW. Christine has over 20 years’ experience in the strategic development and delivery of innovative events and community engagement activations. Her experience spans both corporate and government sectors with a portfolio that has seen her as project lead on major public arts & cultural festivals, placemaking activations, business & community engagement projects and tourism & economic initiative campaigns. Her passion lies in providing accessible authentic experiences that provide meaningful lasting cultural impact on audiences, transforming the cultural ecology of place and its people.
She has lead teams in over 40 productions as Creative Producer including: Once, The Musical, A Chorus Line, The Rise & Fall of Little Voice, I’m With Her, An Act of God, Torch Song Trilogy, Love, The Mystery of Love and Sex, Savages, A Man With Five Children as well as a series of comedy festivals, cabaret and music productions.
As a Stage Manager, she toured both nationally and internationally, including Broadway and Asia, and had an extensive career in Sydney including productions with Belvoir, Griffin, Sydney Festival and the Sydney Opera House. Her television credits include: ABC’ Strictly Dancing and FLY TV, MTC, Hi-5 and Getaway as 1st Assistant Director and/or Production Coordinator.
