Vale John Paramor

The NIDA Community mourns the loss of Sydney actor and NIDA alumnus, John Paramor.

John studied the Diploma of Dramatic Art (Acting), graduating in 1967. John enjoyed a 30 year acting career across the stage and screen.

He made notable appearances in several productions, including his role as Brad in the original Australian production of The Rocky Horror Show, where he starred alongside Jane Harders as Janet and Reg Livermore as Frank N Furter.

His talents also graced the Sydney Opera House Trust's presentation of Eugene O'Neill's Mourning Becomes Electra during the American bicentennial celebrations in 1976.
