Inside the AACTA Studio

NIDA alumni Catherine Martin, Bojana Novakovic and Tuuli Narkle share industry insights on INSIDE THE AACTA STUDIO, which premiered on Saturday, 3 December on FOXTEL. Hosted by Gretel Killeen, the one-hour special features candid and intimate discussions with a select group of 2022 AACTA winners and nominees as they reflect on their performances and experiences making this year’s acclaimed productions.

The special was recorded in front of a live studio audience at the NIDA Playhouse in the lead up to the 2022 AACTA awards and celebrates Best Lead Actress in a Drama nominee Bojana Novakovic (Acting, 2022) for Love Me and winner Tuuli Narkle (Acting, 2018) for Mystery Road: Origins. Along with Academy Award winner and recipient of the AACTA Longford Lyell Award for 2022, Catherine Martin (Design, 1988). Catherine also won the AACTA Best Costume Design and Best Production Design in the Film category for Elvis. Joining them for Best Lead Actor in a Drama is winner Mark Coles Smith for Mystery Road: Origins and nominee James Majoos for Heartbreak High along with Best Direction Comedy or Drama nominee Emma Freeman for Love Me.
