About the show
Three plays. Three encounters. One night of Will Eno’s unmistakable wit.
In this Trio Night of Will Eno Delight, three short works are brought together that slip effortlessly from the ordinary into the quietly profound. From the strange choreography of online dating to a corporate announcement that spirals out of control, and a couple stranded with nothing but two chairs and wildly different realities, each play reveals how easily language, intention and certainty can unravel.
Funny, unsettling and unexpectedly moving, this experience captures Eno’s gift for turning small moments into existential events and leaving audiences laughing just as they realise their hearts have been cracked open.
First play: Ladies and Gentlemen, The Rain
Second play: Enter the Spokeswomen, Gently
Third play: Oh, The Humanity

I believe we can all be kinder to ourselves.
In these plays, the characters begin by doing what they think they must to manage their emotions, until the effort of holding it together becomes too much. Will Eno’s world is absurd but deeply familiar, filled with people trying, failing, and attempting to connect. I hope the audience can recognise themselves here, laughing along with the discomfort and finding tenderness in the mess of being human.
