About Rebecca

Rebecca is a multidisciplinary designer for live performance and screen whose artistic practice thrives on collaboration. With a keen interest in the whimsical and magical, her versatile and playful approach to her design process imbues her work with a blend of light-hearted charm and profound depth.

Most recently, Rebecca was the set designer for the opera co-production between NIDA and The Sydney Conservatorium of Music in NIDA’s 2023 October Season, The Coronation of Poppea. Rebecca was the recipient of the 2023 FINCH Company Scholarship for Design, which focuses on nurturing emerging storytellers. Her experiences in both live performance and screen projects throughout her time at NIDA have provided her the opportunity to hone her craft and gain hands-on experience.

As Rebecca’s artistic journey unfolds, she is excited to contribute enchanting and impactful works to the creative industry.
