NIDA acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we learn and tell stories, the Bidjigal people. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.

We also wish to acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across this country's sacred homelands, and in particular, students and other First Nations members of the NIDA community.

Harrison Quast

Harrison Quast
Harrison was born and raised in South London. At 19, armed with an unused Australian passport, he decided to move to Sydney.

Before commencing actor training, he worked as a theatre mech, bar manager, cocktail and bar skills trainer and restaurant consultant, gathering a wealth of people-based experience.

Passionate about physical disciplines, Harrison has been training and competing in Brazilian Jiujitsu for eight years. He has also practiced Ashtanga Yoga for ten years, completing a three-year teacher-training apprenticeship while studying at NIDA.

Harrison loves to work under pressure and revels in the process of rehearsing for theatre and shooting for film.

He has made lifelong friends at NIDA, has immensely enjoyed the learning journey and feels confident to step forward into his career as a professional actor.
