Claudia Osborne

Claudia is a Sydney-based director of theatre and experimental performance.
Prior to her studies at NIDA, Claudia completed a double degree in Arts and Fine Arts, specialising in sculpture, performance and installation art at UNSW Art and Design (formerly COFA).
Claudia has been heavily involved with both the Australian Theatre for Young People and PACT centre for emerging artists, working as both a director and performer. In 2015 Claudia was one of eight artists selected to form PACT’s inaugural Rapid Response Team and in 2017 was selected for PACT’s Vacant Room development program.
Claudia is the founder of kleine feinheiten, an independent organisation creating image-based performance art and theatre.
Her recent directing credits include LULU: A Modern Sex Tragedy (NIDA, 2018), God Is A DJ (NIDA, 2018), The Library of Babel (kleine feinheiten, 2017), The Light Burns Blue (2017) and HeySorryGottaGoBye (2016), which she co-wrote and toured to Adelaide Fringe Festival.
