NIDA Future Centre invites those working at the intersection of dramatic arts, culture & technology to share, educate and engage with our community. 

The NIDA Future Centre hosted Tea Uglow, a Peabody-winning co-founder of Dark Swan and Google Creative Labs in both Sydney and London. Tea is a renowned expert in exploring future trends and the intersection of culture and digital technology.

She shared her insights on innovation and technology from the perspective of a creative practitioner. Reflecting on the growth of the internet and tech within culture, she discussed what we should—and shouldn’t—worry about when it comes to AI. Tea also explored how to embrace the endless possibilities we have to create new and exciting forms of dramatic art.
