Director of People and Culture Zoe Diamond brings to NIDA over two decades of experience in the Arts sector, most of which gained in the VFX and animation industry at Animal Logic.
After 16 years working with Animal Logic leading their people & culture department, Zoe moved into the higher education sector. She held the position of Head of UTS Animal Logic Academy, a collaboration between UTS and Animal Logic delivering a 1-year accelerated, industry-led Master of Animation and Visualisation.
During Zoe’s expansive career in the people and culture space, she has spearheaded transformative people focused initiatives, playing a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.
Together with an experienced People & Culture team at NIDA, Zoe has a strong commitment to supporting NIDAs cultural transformation.
