Teo Bostanci is a Sydney-based theatre technician and graduate of NIDA’s Diploma of Live Production and Technical Services. With a passion for all aspects of technical theatre, he has developed skills across audio, vision, staging, and production operations through hands-on experience in a range of live performance environments. While he enjoys the diversity and collaboration that technical theatre offers, lighting is the area he is most passionate about. 

Throughout his time at NIDA, Teo demonstrated a strong commitment to learning, embracing every opportunity to expand his technical knowledge and practical skills. He is particularly fascinated by the way lighting can shape mood, enhance storytelling, and transform a performance space. His curiosity and dedication have driven him to continually deepen his understanding of both the creative and technical elements of live production.
