Sieglind Mendoza is a proud Filipino stage and screen performer who moved to Australia at the age of seven and is now based between Sydney and Melbourne.

As an only child, Sieglind spent much of her childhood entertaining herself by recreating cartoon characters she grew up watching on television, experimenting with accents, voices, and characterisation. What began as play soon developed into a deep and unapologetic passion for performance and storytelling.

Sieglind was a 2024 grand finalist in the “Take the Mic” singing competition and has trained with Stage School Australia and Showfit Studios. These experiences helped shape her into a passionate musical theatre performer with a strong commitment to storytelling through music, character and performance.

During high school, she also directed and produced several student short films, gaining valuable experience behind the camera. This work broadened her creative perspective and strengthened her appreciation for the collaborative nature of storytelling across both stage and screen.

Sieglind continues to develop her craft as a performer and creative, driven by curiosity, discipline and a love of bringing stories to life in multiple forms.
