Mercurius, known to friends as Merc, is a Sydney-based creative of Egyptian heritage. Whether on stage, in a design studio, or somewhere in the middle of a crowded theme park, he is endlessly (mer)curious about how experiences are crafted and shared. Theatre is the place where stories come alive for Merc. His love for performance stems from its unique ability to capture the complexity of human experience and transform it into something shared, immediate, and deeply personal.

Alongside performance, Merc has completed a Bachelor of Architecture, giving him a cross-disciplinary perspective that bridges storytelling, design, and human experience. This has shaped the way he thinks about how space, movement, and atmosphere influence emotion and connection. Outside of theatre, he is drawn to live entertainment, theme parks, and immersive experiences, with a strong interest in how design and audience engagement create shared moments. He is so excited to see where this wild ride takes him.
