Liz is a musical theatre performer who has been enthusiastically singing show tunes in inappropriate places for as long as she can remember. Her earliest training took place at home, guided by her grandmother and an exceptionally forgiving household, where volume control was considered optional.
She formalised her passion by completing a Diploma of Music Theatre at the Australian Institute of Music in 2025. Alongside her studies, Liz works as a singing teacher, supporting students of all ages in developing vocal technique, confidence, and a lasting appreciation for music. She is deeply passionate about education and sees theatre as a powerful tool for learning, connection, and expression.
Liz is particularly drawn to stories that explore identity and human relationships within queer spaces, and she is committed to engaging with work that reflects and celebrates diverse lived experiences.
A performer across multiple mediums, Liz’s creative life extends beyond the stage. She also enjoys DJing, where her eclectic taste is perhaps best demonstrated in her car aux—seamlessly shifting from 170bpm hard house to Stephen Sondheim, often to the surprise (and appreciation) of listeners.
Through all her creative pursuits, Liz remains driven by a love of performance, storytelling and connection, whether in the rehearsal room, the classroom or behind the decks.
