Jacob is a singer and actor from Perth, Western Australia. When Jacob was in Year 2, his parents were told he needed an outlet due to an “abundance of energy” so he was enrolled in an acting class at Helen O’Grady’s. And thus, his dream to be an actor was born.  

Overtime, Jacob fell in to singing and musical theatre with his first role as the artful dodger in Oliver! Falling in love with this new type of theatre, Jacob pursued singing with his teacher Ian Westrip OAM, eventually landing in Opera. 

After dedicating his time, love and passion to opera, Jacob would miss the acting world he had left behind. He decided to audition for acting school and follow his dream once again.
