About Isobel
Having been raised and educated in both Australia and the UK, Isobel demonstrated an appetite for the performing arts at an early age. In her final school year as a drama student, Isobel was selected by a panel of industry professionals to perform her self-devised piece at the Performing Arts Perspectives in WA.
Isobel continued her studies at the University of Western Australia in Linguistics and Art History. During this time, she also completed a Diploma in Acting at WAAPA and received an Associate Diploma in Drama and Performance (Teacher) with AMEB. These studies, together with a Shakespearean course at RADA, cemented her love of theatre and film and her desire to become a classically trained actor. Isobel then successfully auditioned for NIDA and commenced her BFA acting studies in 2020.
Isobel is a confident singer and dancer and has a strong passion for the creative arts and film making. Her time at NIDA has helped shape her as an actor and has given her the skills, drive, dedication and resilience to continue developing her craft. With her love of both stage and screen, Isobel is very excited to take her training forward to establish a career in the industry.
