Gillian Meisner-Lemon is an experienced theatre director, educator and leader in actor training, with over 30 years’ experience in tertiary and secondary education. She specialises in the design and delivery of practice-led training, with a strong focus on developing technically rigorous, responsive and industry-relevant artists.

As a leader, Gillian brings extensive experience in project management and team development, cultivating collaborative environments where artists and educators are inspired to deliver high-quality, skills-based training. She is committed to building sustainable creative cultures that reflect current industry standards and evolving artistic practices.

Gillian is the founder and Artistic Director of said&done theatre company and has a strong producing background, including receiving funding from the Arts Council UK and co-producing work with Unity Theatre, Liverpool. Her work reflects an ongoing commitment to developing bold, relevant training that bridges the gap between education and industry.
