Georgia was born and raised in Tāmaki Makaurau but is now based in Sydney.

At three years old, Georgia’s parents enrolled her in a variety of dance classes, hoping that a couple hours of dance a week might tire her out, however, it did the complete opposite. It grew into Georgia spending endless hours in the studio eagerly developing skills in music, dance, and drama, which deepened her passion for storytelling.

During her gap year, Georgia worked as a Performance Apprentice with Broadway Dreams USA, travelling across the United States for 4 months alongside Broadway industry professionals. This experience reinforced her passion for Musical Theatre and made her determined to pursue a professional career, meaning hopefully she will get to play Fiona in ‘Shrek: The Musical’ for a third time.

Driven by curiosity, optimism and a love of collaboration, Georgia continues to seek opportunities that encourage growth within all aspects of the arts. During her studies at NIDA, she was lucky enough to understudy for the BFA 3rd Year Musical ‘In Pieces’ and had the opportunity to choreograph a number for the Diploma of Musical Theatre Cabaret, ‘Fools who Dream’.

Georgia strongly believes that everything happens for a reason, whether that’s being able to study at NIDA or being fortunate enough to get a seat on Sydney’s 392 bus.
