Home Profile Eva Bukovsky

Eva Bukovsky

Eva Bukovsky is a Ukrainian-Australian performer born and raised in Sydney, with a lifelong passion for musical theatre. From a young age, she was constantly singing, dancing and recreating scenes from television, entertaining her family with boundless energy and a natural love of performance.

Having begun training at the age of four, Eva has spent most of her life developing her skills across singing, acting and a wide range of dance styles. Through years of dedicated training, she has cultivated a deep appreciation for storytelling and the unique ability of performance to connect with audiences.

One of Eva’s most memorable artistic experiences was portraying Roxie Hart in her high school’s production of Chicago, while also serving as assistant director for the production. The experience allowed her to explore both performance and leadership, further strengthening her passion for the collaborative nature of theatre-making.

Alongside her work as a performer, Eva has developed a love of teaching and mentoring young dancers, particularly in ballet. She finds great fulfilment in helping children build confidence, creativity and a love of the arts, and hopes to combine teaching with a professional career across stage and screen.

Driven by enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine love of the craft, Eva is excited to continue growing as an artist. She looks forward to creating meaningful work, embracing new opportunities and inspiring the next generation of performers in the same way she has been inspired throughout her own journey.
