Cooper Poilly has developed a strong foundation  in technical theatre, gaining hands-on experience across a range of production disciplines while working in collaborative and professional environments. 

Their primary interests lie in lighting and staging, with a particular passion for creating safe, efficient, and visually engaging production outcomes. They also have a growing interest in rigging and enjoy exploring the technical and mechanical systems that support live performance. Through practical training and production experience, they have developed strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an appreciation for the teamwork required behind the scenes. 

Looking ahead, Cooper hopes to begin working as a Mechanist, combining their technical knowledge, practical skills, and enthusiasm for stage machinery to contribute to the successful delivery of live productions across theatre and entertainment industries.
