About Christopher
Christopher Northall was born in Perth, Western Australia to tea-loving British parents. A shy, socially anxious child with a passion for video games and internet cultures, Christopher found a sense of escape inhabiting the worlds of characters unlike himself. He would go on to feel a similar freedom, alongside a newfound confidence, during his first time acting on stage in early Middle School.
This love for performing encouraged Christopher to pursue an education in the arts after graduating high school. In 2019, his nights were spent studying a Diploma of Acting at Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), whilst his days involved working in hospitality and volunteering as an audio book narrator for VisAbility Western Australia.
Throughout his time at NIDA, Christopher has developed a broader, deeper love of various art styles, some of which include clowning, puppetry and dance as well as a keen interest in voice acting. He would like to think he entered NIDA with a love of Acting, but leaves with a love of Art.
