Originally from Perth, Western Australia, Ashton’s passion for performance began at a young age. As a kid he was always dressing up, creating different characters, and putting on performances for family and friends.

After dedicating much of his teenage years to pursuing professional sport, a back injury in high school led him to acting and reignited his passion for storytelling. Since then, he has committed himself to developing his craft and building a career as a performer.

Alongside his training at NIDA, he enjoys staying active through sport, spending time at the beach, and exploring film and theatre. He is committed to growing his career in the performing arts and eager to take on diverse roles that challenge him and expand his range.
