Arlo Amos is a 20-year-old actor from Byron Bay, Australia. He is currently studying the Diploma of Screen and Stage Performance at NIDA. Arlo’s childhood was spent camping, fishing in rivers, riding motorbikes through the bush, taking photographs of his older brothers, and surfing the untamed coastline around Byron Bay.
He first developed an interest in the multifaceted craft of acting at the age of twelve after discovering the classics of cinema. Straight after high school, Arlo sold his rusty Toyota truck and moved to the United States. In 2024, he attended the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in Los Angeles. He lived there for six months before moving to Sydney after being accepted into NIDA to continue his training.
Since then, Arlo has appeared in his first feature film and theatre productions at NIDA. During his training at the National Institute of Dramatic Art, he has demonstrated versatility across both dramatic and comedic roles. His work has earned him a reputation for adaptability and a strong creative presence on set. Arlo Amos currently lives and works in Sydney.
