Anastasia is a proud Greek-Cypriot actress and singer with a deep passion for her cultural roots and the performing arts.
At just 10 years old, she played Sofia in the ABC TV series My Place, earning a LOGIE Award nomination for Most Outstanding New Talent. Her love of musical theatre has seen her perform with respected pro-am companies such as Packemin Productions and So Popera Productions, in shows including A Chorus Line, Wicked, Beauty and the Beast, Grease, and most notably, Chicago, where she received a CAT Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her performance as Roxie Hart.
Anastasia’s work has also taken her overseas, where she performed as the lead host for Smile Live Entertainment and Sands Entertainment Macao.
Upon returning to Australia, she was cast in the principal role of Princess Jill in OzPanto’s Jack and the Beanstalk at the State Theatre, performing alongside her idols Lucy Durack and Peter Rowsthorn. She was subsequently cast as the title character in Bonnie Lythgoe’s production of Snow White, which was unfortunately cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Most recently, Anastasia voiced the role of Alice in the LiSTNR crime drama series You Don’t Know Me, alongside Aaron Glenane.
Now, with her BFA from NIDA complete, Anastasia is excited to return to the industry ready to create, play, and collaborate across as many artistic spaces as possible.
