4 – 13 June 2026

Warm up your winter with NIDA’s Winter Production season, led by celebrated directors Dino Dimitriades, Anthea Willams, Miranda Middleton and Simon Phillips.
In a world premiere, Possessions blends psychological thriller, domestic drama, dark comedy and a ghost story; In Pieces is a tender and contemporary musical tracing friendships, families and former loves; hailed as one of the most important Australian plays of the decade The Bleeding Tree reimagines Australian gothic through a fierce, contemporary lens; and Simon Phillips brings his signature clarity and theatrical velocity to Shakespeare’s most mischievous comedy, A Midsummer’s Night’s Dream.

These productions showcase the talents of NIDA students across acting, music theatre, design, costume, make-up, props and effects, technical theatre, stage management, and set construction technologies.
