Seeking Podcast Host
Centennial World’s daily internet culture news video podcast Mini Scroll is looking for a part-time podcast host to join our team one day per week. If you’re a university theatre student or recent grad, love performing, and consider yourself chronically online, this is for you.
You’ll be responsible for:
Sourcing stories
You’ll be responsible for finding the 3 top internet culture stories from the past 24 hours to include in your episode.
Research & writing
You’ll be putting together your own weekly episode outlines including the key details + commentary, with the support of our team.
Solo podcast recording
Mini Scroll is a single-host podcast, so you must be comfortable presenting to camera on your own.

Seeking Young Actors for NYE Celebrations
We’re looking for young actors and drama students to join the team as spruikers for the Sydney New Year’s Eve Celebrations, one of the world’s biggest celebrations!
About the role:
Spruikers deliver high-energy crowd messaging from raised platforms, using megaphones, personality and presence to guide audiences safely through the event.
Event date: Wednesday, 31 December 2025
Shift times: Between 6:00am and 2:00am – shorter shifts scheduled within this timeframe
Pay rates:
$80/hr – 6am–6pm
$120/hr – 6pm–12am
$140/hr – New Year’s Day hours
