About India
India (she/her) is excited to be moving into the industry as a Stage Manager, with a keen interest to work in musical theatre, as well as other mediums of live performance. She is very lucky that her final year at NIDA has been filled with amazing opportunities, which have allowed her to be the Production Stage Manager for ‘The Coronation of Poppea” and the Assistant Stage Manager for the Australian Premier of ‘Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812’ (Darlinghurst Theatre Company). She also feels very grateful for the range of placements she completed: Production Management for Disney’s ‘Newsies’ (Runaway Entertainment), Stage Management for ‘Into the Woods’ (Belvoir St Theatre) and Stage Management for ‘Tina: The Tina Turner Musical’ (TEG Dainty).
