Meg Hamilton

MegMeg completed a Certificate III and IV in Live Production and Technical Services at the Adelaide College of the Arts focusing on properties construction, set construction and scenic art.

In 2016 Meg worked as an attachment to the art department on a South Australian Film Corporation film Rabbit (2017).

At NIDA Meg has worked on short films, theatre productions, puppetry and musicals.

In July 2019 Meg pursued her passion for film and television and flew to Vancouver, Canada to complete a secondment with The Little Big Workshop. There, she helped build props for television shows like Sacred Lies, Arrow and The Flash.

Meg’s exposure to the film industry in Adelaide and Canada has crystallised her desire to pursue a career in the film and television industry.

During her final year at NIDA Meg chose to focus her masterwork around the scenic art of 3D printed objects, improving her skills and knowledge around 3D printing and the scenic finishing of 3D objects.

After NIDA, Meg plans to pursue her passion for this industry in Australia and overseas.
