Alongside her career at NIDA, Justice also teaches film with Busstop Films, an organisation that provides opportunities for filmmakers living with disabilities. In Australia, she has worked alongside all the major theatre companies, including Sydney Theatre Company, Opera Australia, Belvoir St Theatre, Griffin Theatre and the Australian Theatre for Young People.  She also works in film and recently had a documentary “It Won’t Define Me” premiere on both Kayo and Fox Sports.

She's passionate about creating opportunities and spaces for creatives from marginalised communities, with a particular focus on First Nations and POC backgrounds.
