Chaii Ki Chapman

Chaii Ki Chapman is a multidisciplinary technical theatre practitioner and designer. In his third year, he has taken on a production management role and seems to be truly enjoying the experience.

With a background in music, Chaii Ki has enthusiastically embraced the world of theatre and live performance, finding joy in every moment. He has also become a passionate advocate for sustainability at NIDA, always looking for new green practices to adopt and champion.

Rather than narrowing his focus to a single discipline, Chaii Ki is open to where the industry might take him. For now, he enjoys being a jack of all trades—though he does have a particular love for live sound mixing.

He is especially drawn to the world-building and atmospheric potential of technical design and has genuinely appreciated the opportunity to make creative discoveries throughout his time at NIDA.

Constantly learning and evolving, Chaii Ki is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
