Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for NIDA Corporate, Josephine proactively identifies and secures new clients while ensuring the retention of existing ones. They work closely with the teams in Sydney and Melbourne, delivering top-quality business training solutions and maintaining program profitability. Josephine’s focus on developing strategic partnerships aligned with NIDA’s objectives contributes to the organisation’s success.

Previously, Josephine held the role of Acting Head of Marketing & Student Recruitment at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS). Leading a dynamic team, Josephine executed successful sales and marketing inititiatives across various platforms, events, campaigns and sponsorship to support the schools long-term sustainability. Her efforts resulted in increased conversions and improved customer service, contributing to outstanding results for AFTRS.

Josephine’s educational background includes an expected Master of Arts in Screen Business from the Australian Film Television and Radio School. They also hold a Graduate Certificate in Marketing and Digital Strategy from the University of Technology Sydney, and have completed certifications in presentation skills, leadership, and strategic planning. Josephine combines their passion for the arts industry with strong business acumen to drive growth and foster meaningful connections within the arts community.
