About Grace
Grace is a set and costume designer working across theatre, film and television. At NIDA she completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Design for Performance) before continuing on with a Masters degree.
In her time at NIDA, Grace collaborated with some of Australia’s leading theatre directors, including Judy Davis and Kate Champion.
Grace designed set and costumes for God of Carnage (NIDA), set and costumes for This Bitter Earth (New Theatre), set for MEAT EATERS (NIDA) and costumes for Blood on the Cat’s Neck (Kings Cross Theatre).
In 2020, Grace remounted her design for This Bitter Earth for Theatre Works and Midsumma Festival. In 2018, Grace seconded with Julio Himede in New York and Los Angeles on the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, and designed We Are Gods (NIDA), Distant Places by Essie Holt (triple j Unearthed/NIDA) and Optics (short film).
Grace is the recipient of a William Fletcher Foundation Grant and the Peter Ivany Award.
