NIDA acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we learn and tell stories, the Bidjigal, Gadigal, Dharawal and Dharug peoples, and we pay our respects to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past and present.

Clare was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia. After high school she completed a Diploma of Acting at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAPPA) before garnering the courage to audition for NIDA. From a young age Clare was drawn to performance and the joy it brought her. She was a member of the Australian Girls Choir and upon finishing school was selected to perform her Original Solo Performance in the 2020 WA Performing Arts Perspectives.
When not acting, Clare will be found playing piano, eagerly supporting the South Sydney Rabbitohs, or working her job at the cinema, where she one day hopes to see her own face up on the big screen. Clare is very grateful for the remarkable learning experience that NIDA has provided her. It has fuelled her passion for both stage and screen, leaving her creatively inspired and extremely excited to enter the industry.
