Georgia O’Brien

Georgia grew up in the little island state of Tasmania where her love for performing began at a young age as a dancer. Being a ballerina was her first dream and she was lucky to grow and learn in an interstate program with the Ballet Theatre Australia in 2014. She soon realised that musicals were where she found the most joy and never missed an opportunity to be in the local productions.

In 2019, Georgia studied music theatre at Showfit in Melbourne before being accepted to further her learning at NIDA as one of six in the new singing actor stream. Georgia is excited to see how she will begin to apply her many skills both on screen and stage from training at NIDA in the industry.
