The Casual Event Technicians are engaged to perform a variety of the following roles and tasks associated with; bump in and bump out of external and internal shows, operation of lighting, audio and visual equipment where required, operation of counterweight fly systems in some roles.

What we’re looking for

At NIDA we seek out reliable and professional casual employees to provide exceptional service. You should have a positive attitude, the ability to remain calm under pressure and possess excellent communication skills.

We are looking for individuals who have flexibility and can work a variety of hours depending on operational requirements and who are willing to work sometimes with short lead times.

Experience in live entertainment and/or performing arts industry will be highly regarded.

Considerations
