Dr Jessica Olivieri is currently the Artistic Director of Urban Theatre Projects, Sydney. Her previous curatorial positions include Curator of Contemporary Performance at Campbelltown Arts Centre and Curator of Nighttime Short Works Program at Performance Space Sydney. She completed her undergraduate degree at University of Western Sydney and recently completed a PhD at the University of Sydney- Sydney College of the Arts.

As an artist, she has shown internationally in New York, The Netherlands and South Africa and nationally at Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA), National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), the Gallery of Modern Art in Brisbane (GOMA), Museum of Contemporary Art Sydney (MCA) and Performance Space Sydney.
