Alastair Clark is a Sydney-based theatre director from Aotearoa, New Zealand. In 2013 he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Melbourne. He was selected that year for the annual Robert McDonald MTC Award for Outstanding Contribution to Student Theatre. His work received Production of the Year nominations at both the 2012 and 2013 UHT Student Theatre Awards, for Spring Awakening (director) and Metamorphoses (producer). For his academic work he has received the Dean’s Honours and Ormond Scholar awards, and has been published by the Parliamentary Library of Victoria.
