Our NIDA Corporate division offers practical skills-based training in communication, presentation and leadership for individuals and businesses in the public and private sectors across Australia.
An opportunity is available for a customer service focused and efficient administrator to join the NIDA Corporate team. This is a hands-on and busy role suited to an experienced Coordinator who enjoys the challenge of meeting competing deadlines to complete multiple tasks. Reporting to the Operations Manager, NIDA Corporate this role will put your highly developed written and verbal communication skills to work as you support and effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders and the wider NIDA Corporate team.
To succeed in this role you will have a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to your work. You will also have the confidence to liaise and problem solve with internal and external stakeholders both face to face and over the phone.
The role is full time 5 days a week (38 hours), and may include early start times from 7am or for late finishes until 7pm, to be determined.
