About NIDA Corporate

NIDA Corporate draws on the actor's toolkit to deliver practical skills-based training for individuals and businesses in the public and private sectors. Courses cover professional communication, staff engagement, presenting and public speaking, with techniques drawn from NIDA's world-renowned performing arts teaching methodologies.

The Opportunity

This role can be described as the 'glue that holds everything together'.

This newly created role is an opportunity available for a switched-on, organised, and super star coordinator who is ready to jump in and take the reigns to ensure the smooth delivery of NIDA Corporate courses offered across Melbourne metropolitan and regional Victoria. Based in NIDA’s Melbourne office, this role will report to the Business Manager NIDA Melbourne and will support the Course Manager NIDA Corporate to deliver end-to-end operational excellence through accurate administration, coordination and logistics.

In addition, this role will be responsible for coordinating external venue hire, resources and travel.

This is a part-time, 3 days per week position.  Standard office hours are 9am – 5:30pm, and the role will require availability between the hours of 8am–7pm on weekdays by negotiation, and occasionally on evening to support program delivery, compensable as time in lieu.

This role will commence in May 2019.

Salary (TRP)

$40,219.84 inclusive of 9.5% superannuation
