The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has opened to join the NIDA Front of House (FOH) team to assist in the delivery of an exceptional customer service experience. NIDA offers clients and customers a modern suite of state-of-the-art theatres, foyers, rehearsal spaces and reception rooms for hire.

To support both our internal and external clients with a quality experience, NIDA draws upon a team of reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking casual employees to provide exceptional customer service throughout the events.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, this position will provide support in the following areas: box office, bartending, food and beverage preparation, front of house, reception, and ushering.

Casual development opportunities may also be included, such as Front of House Supervisor, Bar Supervisor and Corporate course food and beverage attendants.

About You

To be successful in this position you will have a positive attitude, the ability to remain calm under pressure and possess excellent communication skills.

We are looking for individuals who can offer us flexibility and work a variety of hours depending on our operational requirements and who are willing to work with short lead times.

Experience in the hospitality, events and/or performing arts industry will be highly regarded.
