Stand and Deliver - Effective & Influential Communication Thursday 3 July 9:00am - 5:00pm
Course Content: See yourself as others see you Physical and vocal language Presentation as performance / performance language / masking Reaching your audience
Leading Ladies - Leadership skills for the future Wednesday 6 August 9:00am - 5:00pm
Course Content: Apply creativity and innovation in work practices Develop connectedness to material and audience Present with clarity and conviction Integrate leadership fundamentals Instil proactive mechanisms for influencing and achieving behavioural change Deliver information in a compelling and engaging manner Examine and apply techniques to speak up and speak out Enhance vocal and physical power To general awareness in manifesting physical, vocal and emotional congruence in achieving objectives.
Participants are encouraged to give thought to their personal definition of leadership, their own leadership goals and be aware of how they currently give feedback.
They should also observe the type of leadership behaviours that are prominent in their workplace.
