General Tours
The Friends of NIDA arrange group tours of the NIDA facilities.
Note. School group tours are run through a different department, see further details below.
Bookings are for morning (10am-12.30pm) or afternoon (1.30pm -3.30pm) sessions. Group tours include a talk on the history and current activities of NIDA. Morning or afternoon tea is provided. The tour takes place through NIDA’s facilities but does not provide the opportunity to observe classes or student activities.
If you would like to arrange a group tour, please print and complete the PDF form at the bottom of this page. Ensure you identify several alternate dates/times on the form.

Cost is $15.00 per person, with a maximum of 30 participants and a minimum of 15. Two month’s notice is required for bookings for group tours, with a deposit of $50.00 payable to NIDA on confirmation.

School Groups
Tours for School groups can be made by contacting the NIDA Open Program on (02) 9697 7626 or by using the NIDA contact form.
The application form below is not required for school groups.
NOTE
It is essential that fully covered footwear be worn during the tour of the workshop areas. The tour will also involve the use of stairs.
