Train with the world's best at NIDA
You may be interested to participate at NIDA in ways other than studying full-time or seeing NIDA plays. NIDA offers short and part-time courses as alternative ways of accessing NIDA's expertise. Everyone is welcome to access NIDA through the Open Program, which offers part-time courses, short courses, youth classes, masterclasses, seminars and productions.

Many people who have gone on to find a role in the entertainment industry have said that participation in a NIDA Open Program activity was their single most influential period of discovery and transformation.
Current activities available include:
*Tickets for NIDA - Devised Schools Production are now available - an exciting selection of devised performance pieces to inspire and surprise on 14,15 & 16 May with morning and evening performances available.
* Short courses for young people 6-18 years in April at NIDA as part of our Autumn Holiday Program
* Drama classes for young people - Term 2 starts from 5 May with Sunday classes starting from 11 May
* Melbourne Term Classes and Brisbane Term Classes are available for adults and young people with Term 2 starting on 11 May.
* Winter Short courses are available for adults in April, May, June and July
*NIDA T-shirts, Caps and Design Art Books are now available for internet order in pink, grey, white or black.
