NIDA OPEN DAY

BEHIND THE SCENES

10am - 4pm | Saturday 31 May 2008

Once every two years NIDA opens its doors and invites you to explore. Satisfy your intrigue and find out what goes on the studios and theatres of Australia’s most prestigious performing arts school.

Observe rehearsals, take part in improvisation and acting classes, watch design and productions students at work, attend talks by NIDA staff and graduates, and meet current students. You’ll find information on NIDA’s full-time courses, in addition to the vast range of short courses available for children and adults.

Don’t miss this fun and informative opportunity to gain insight into studying at one of the world’s leading theatre schools.

If you can’t make it to Sydney, NIDA will be holding full-time course information sessions around Australia in 2008.

'We travelled from the Gold Coast especially to come to open day for my sons 14th birthday present. His dream is to one day come to NIDA, and I wanted to help concretise his goal, and make his dream come I was completely blown away by how respectful the people we encountered. They could see his excitement and answered his enthusiastic questions with the same level commitment he showed all day. Well worth the trip.'
- J.T., QLD

‘Wonderful – what a buzz!’
