Season's Greetings <~~First~~>,
'Tis the season to deck the halls, which is exactly what we are doing at NIDA in preparation for our acclaimed Summer @ NIDA program, which runs throughout January 2008.
With an impressive line-up of tutors including Nathaniel Dean (AFI Award Winner, Rain Shadow, The Final Winter), Caroline Craig (Blue Heelers, Bastard Boys, Underbelly), Helmut Bakaitis (The Matrix, previous NIDA Head of Directing), Will Traval (All Saints), Bridie Carter (Dancing with the Stars, McLeod’s Daughters), Nicholas Bishop (Home and Away) and Sam Worthington fresh from shooting James Cameron's latest blockbuster Avatar, January is the time to take the opportunity to work with skilled professionals from the entertainment industry in NIDA's world-class facilities - theatres, sound stage, rehearsal studios and workshops. And you don't have to be in Sydney to take advantage of some of the courses on offer - NIDA is also offering programs in Brisbane, Melbourne, Byron Bay and Canberra. So add some sizzle to your summer - visit www.nida.edu.au to view the full Summer @ NIDA program.
This, our final edition of Box Seat for 2007, includes some tempting goodies to fill your stockings, and a special thanks to contributing organisations and NIDA staff who have involved with Box Seat this year. But most importantly, thank you for your interest in NIDA. We’ll be in touch with the first 2008 edition of Box Seat in February.
From all here at NIDA, we wish you a theatrical Christmas and a dramatically good New Year. |
