NIDA E News ‘Box Seat’ & Parade Theatres Website
The NIDA e-newsletter ‘Box Seat’ has more than 7200 subscribers at present and this number is growing rapidly. The subscriber base is made up of regular Parade Theatre customers, corporate clients, sponsors, supporters, local & international industry contacts, general arts lovers and young people interested in the arts. Should you wish to utilse ‘Box Seat’ we can send you guidelines outlining how to do this.
We will place your event on our website. Please email a brief description (approximately 200 words) of your event including performance dates and times with plain images (172 pixels w x 117 pixels h) and title treatment (reasonable size 300dpi jpegs) to email@example.com.
Each image must be labelled as follows:
event/image name, year, ‘photo’ photographer eg Carousel 2007 photo Annie Leibovitz.
All merchandise, including programs, sold at Parade Theatres must be sold through NIDA’s exclusive merchandiser, Playbill. A percentage of sales (10% on all recording and 15% on all merchandise other than recordings) will be payable to Parade Theatres.
A ¼ to ½ page space must be made available in the program to feature Parade Theatres/NIDA credits. For archival purposes the Hirer should provide to the Manager Parade Theatres two copies of each program and two copies of any production posters or handbills.
The following is a list of publicists to contact should you need assistance in this area. These are publicists known to Parade Theatres but are not preferred suppliers:
