Julius Caesar is a political thriller; a narrative of ruthless ambition, manipulation and the violence, both emotional and physical, that inevitably attends a political coup. The assassination of Caesar was intended to preserve the republican ideal of Rome. Instead, it set off a series of events that led inexorably to its decimation.

These characters are aware that they are making history with their choices. What they don't know is how history will regard their actions...
