The Friends of NIDA were formed in 1996 to support NIDA students and their activities. Friends enjoy the privilege of supporting new talent and being given access to behind-the-scenes events and special performances.
The Friends of NIDA assist in funding scholarships and providing encouragement to students in their artistic growth.
Friends of NIDA are able to attend all the public student productions throughout the year. In addition, they receive the NIDA Newsletter, two free tickets to a student production of choice, discounted tickets to all other student performances throughout the year, invitations to social functions, lectures and special Friends activities. Friends of NIDA receive regular updates about NIDA events, and attend presentations and readings not generally open to the public.
An annual subscription to the Friends of NIDA costs $53.00 (incl GST) for one person, and $36.00 (incl GST) for each additional person on the same subscription.
These membership rates apply from 1 July 2006.
